W. Alan Deamer and family moved to York County from Mifflin County in 1973. Alan was employed by the Lewistown Sentinel for nearly 20 years before joining a local York Newspaper where he was Associate Publisher for a number of years.
In 1975, Alan began to develop a 100 acre parcel of land into a single family community, which is now known as Springetts Oaks. Shortly thereafter, Alan began a construction company known as W. Alan Deamer, Inc. Creator of Unique and Exciting Homes. For the next 20 years, the company developed a number of residential communities and designed and built some of the nicest homes in York County.
For the last 10 years, Alan has been active in Real Estate as a REALTOR® and has been a part of the CENTURY 21® Heritage Realty family. Alan enjoys putting his 30 plus years of knowledge and experience to work for his clients. |
