Steve, a York native for more than 60 years, has been a REALTOR® for over 26 years, and an Associate Broker for more than 22 years. He has been with CENTURY 21® Heritage Realty since 1992. As a member of the York County Board of REALTORS® he has served as Secretary of the Board of Directors and has served on or Chaired several committees. The York Board has honored him with the REALTOR® Associate of the Year award and a Community Service Appreciation award. Steve has strong community ties due to his owning and managing a well known family office supply business and his involvement with several committees of the York County Chamber of Commerce including Chairman of Pennsylvania's largest Chamber sponsored Business Exposition.
Steve has many years experience managing and marketing repossessed properties, as well as 26 years helping friends, family, and clients with all of their Real Estate needs.
Steve graduated from Valparaiso University with a duel Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management and has taken too many Real Estate continuing education courses to list. He is married for almost 40 years with one son and two Golden Retrievers. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, alpine and Nordic skiing, Penn State football tailgating, gourmet cooking and wine, fly fishing at his trout stream, and spending time with his family "down the shore".
