Marty obtained his Pennsylvania real estate license in 1986 and then moved to CENTURY 21® Heritage Realty in 1989. Since then his career has given him the opportunity to work in many facets of the profession. He began by directly serving sellers and buyers and then transitioned to educating new real estate sales people on the many details of the real estate transaction. In 1995 Marty accepted a position as Recruiter/Trainer, in 2007 earned his Associate Broker license, and in December 2008 became the Sales Manager. Additionally, he has served and continues to serve as a committee volunteer and trainer on the National Association of REALTORs’® Code of Ethics for the REALTORS® Association of York & Adams Counties. Marty also is an owner of the company along with several partners.

Marty enjoys volunteering in and out of the community where he lives. He currently serves as President of the Rotary Club of Eastern York County and President of The York Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 Joint Municipal Authority.
